本會在各界的期許與支持下不斷成長，協助發明人以及不斷創新與服務是被推崇的首要因素。
Our association has been growing continuously with your support
and expectation. The main reason for being recommended is our
constant innovation and services assistances for inventors.
身處知識經濟時代，得靠運用創意的Know how操作才能在市場攻城掠地。靈感啟動發明意念，發明就是創新，創新的意念延伸就是發明，所謂無中生有。而，你的努力也將能成就「無中生有」後的契機與優勢的競爭力。
In this knowledge economy, only the innovative know how operation
is able to win over the market. Inspiration turns on the innovation
idea. New design is an innovation. The extended idea of innovation
is a new design which is “making something out of nothing”. Your
efforts will also reach the competitive business opportunities
and advantages of “making something out of nothing”.
創意與創新並不是那麼難，只要用心隨手拈來都可能是機會，記住幾個要點：抓住市場的需求、產品的特點、趕上流行的列車，那麼無庸置疑的，成功就在你面前。
It is not difficult being creative and innovative. Anything could
be an opportunity. As long as you remember some key points and
the success will definitely be in front of you: seize the market
demands, elaborate the product features and catch up the current
trend.
在瞬息萬變的知識經濟時代裡，創意比知識重要，有「創意」更要有「心」，善用智慧財產及創意的保護管理，任何產品都可點石成金。
創意可以訓練，發明可以學習，潛能可以開發，成功可以預期。
In this constantly changing knowledge economy, creation is more
important than knowledge. However, not only creation, you will
also need “heart”. With the right use of intellectual property
and protection of innovation, any product could be the precious
gold.
智慧財產權攸關中小企業產業的發展，也是國際市場競爭力的指標，期盼有更多的新血加入創新的行列，讓自己路更廣，讓台灣更美好，讓世界更美妙！
Intellectual property is closely related to the development of
small to medium businesses. It is also the index of competence
of international markets. We look forward to more new blood to
the innovative team to make the roads better for yourself, to
make Taiwan more beautiful and to make the world more magnificent.
